What is the cost to me?

For you Property Managers, Regionals and the like, we have a very competitive pricing structure of $free.99. Yep, you pay nada, zilch, nothing! All costs are covered by the contractor/vendor who is selected to do the work.
What are the contract terms?

No contracts to be found here. Use us one or 1,000 times, completely up to you. We do ask you to sign an agreement form just so there is a clear understanding of what we do and don’t do, but that’s it!
What does GRACE Property Procurement do?

Our goal is to save you money and make your life easier. We use the vendors you already work with, or if you’d like we can help you find some new ones! When you have a project you need bids for, we get the vendors to provide the bids, audit them, make sure they are apples to apples, and then get that info over to you.
What don’t you do?

We don’t manage projects. We don’t warranty anything done by the vendor/contractor. We don’t play favorites with those doing the work for you. Neutrality is our #1 goal.

Psh, let’s start with what we don’t offer cause that list is way smaller. Ok but seriously, we’re not currently set up for new builds, IT related issues, staffing, or EV charging but otherwise we can cover anything else you may need!
