I’m Nathan Mellon, founder of GRACE Property Procurement.

After years in restoration, reconstruction, and multifamily property services, I kept seeing the same problem: property managers were being asked to make construction decisions while already juggling residents, budgets, vendors, emergencies, emails, meetings, and whatever mystery leak decided to appear five minutes before lunch.

GRACE Property Procurement was created to make that process easier.

My role is simple: help management teams obtain, organize, and compare contractor proposals so they can make informed decisions without chasing estimates, sorting through unclear scopes, or trying to figure out why one bid is thousands of dollars higher than another for what appears to be the same work.

We do not perform the construction work, and we do not manage the project after a contractor is selected. Our focus is on helping property managers get clear information, competitive bids, and a cleaner decision-making process.

With experience in restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, vendor coordination, and multifamily property work, I understand both sides of the table: what property managers need and how contractors bid.
